Why I work at Cross Road: Before going to medical school, I worked in a small town in Montana, where I became interested in rural medicine. After my residency in family medicine, I worked for 14 years in a small town in the mountains of Southwest Virginia. I enjoy working in rural areas and getting to know people and their families. As a family physician, I like to see all ages, from infants to grandparents. I also like a variety in my medical practice, from sports medicine to house calls. My family and I have had the opportunity to serve on several different medical mission trips over the past 10 years. I first heard about Cross Road Medical Center over 15 years ago and have been interested in serving here since that time. When we found out about a need for a family doctor at Cross Road, we felt led to come and be a part of the ministry here. Our goal is to glorify God by serving others and we look forward to being a part of the medical center and of the community in the Copper River Valley.

Why I work at Cross Road: I’ve always wanted to work as a family practice Physician Assistant in a small town, rural community clinic. I also desire more than anything to share with my patients the love and hope found in Jesus Christ. I have greatly enjoyed this community and the opportunities to explore this beautiful area. I am looking forward to the years to come in this community!

Why I work at Cross Road: I have a strong desire to serve God in community missions and love that Cross Road has a faith-based mission to serve the community of Glennallen. The area is absolutely beautiful and the community has been very welcoming to me and my family. We look forward to serving here for many years!

Why I work at Cross Road: It is important to me to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of my patients as I strive to apply the purpose statement and core values of CRMC.
