The CRMC medical team typically includes a physician &/or physician's assistant, nurse practitioner(s), nurses, lab tech(s), pharmacist and a counselor. It also takes a team of non-medical personnel to support the operation of CRMC. Many are from the local community. |

Medical and support staff come to serve at CRMC through several means. Most are paid a salary and are hired directly by CRMC. Some are partly supported through missions programs via their home churches or denominations and also draw a salary. Some are career missionaries on loan from SEND International of Alaska and may also draw a salary. The staff is united in their goal of having the opportunity to share Christ through the provision of medical care. As trust is earned and relationships are formed, those opportunities naturally follow. |
